Weighting Factors: “Equipment” rating

These sliding scales adjusts the weighted handicapping algorithm. By increasing

the value of any factor (hold the left mouse key down while you slide the scale), that

criteria has a higher weighted value in the overall total points. This scale adjusts

for a change in equipment. Blinkers On/Off.
