The Handicapping software program was created using “Visual Basic 6.0”

on a 1.5 GHz Pentium 4 with 256Mbytes of Ram using Windows 10.  The program

was designed for viewing with a display screen setting of  800 x 600 pixels.  Print option

with the default printer for full screen printing only.  All programs and supporting files

will be stored on a CD-R media.
