Weighting Factors: “Average” Speed ratings

These sliding scales adjusts the weighted handicapping algorithm.  By increasing

the value of any factor (hold the left mouse key down while you slide the scale), that

criteria has a higher weighted value in the overall total points.  This scale adjust

for the “Average” speed rating over the horses career.  

AvgSpd represents the “Average” Speed of the horse’s career.
